Previously exhibited at Rochester’s Out Alliance were 30 original framed watercolor portraits focusing on local Rochester community members whose lives have been impacted by HIV. This provided an opportunity to see Charmaine’s works at their original size (4 x 7.375″) and to explore the question of, in 2019, with changing attitudes towards stigma and acceptance, HIV: Does it even matter?
